Criteria to Submit Varsity Photos for Posting
on CreekSportsOnline.com
Photos will Not be sold, only posted
for a limited time period on CreekSportsOnline.com
and then held in the CreekSportsOnline
archives until deleted.
Photos will only be accepted
from team photo representative (or chosen parent), coach,
parents accompanying students to State, or multi-sport
independent photographers
Please, no cell phone pictures
CreekSportsOnline makes the final decision to post or
not
Types of photos needed:
-- action photos of seniors or champions (finished 1st, 2nd or 3rd in an
individual
post season event and was the top Beavercreek finisher)
-- individual or group award picture with trophy/plaque
What text you need to include:
-- details of the
competition
---- name and uniform number
(or some identifier) of all Beavercreek athletes in
the picture
---- date/name/location of
the competition
-- name of photographer and whether or
not they want their name posted on the website
Send the full size photo (CreekSportsOnline will crop
picture for posting)
Submit the photo via
email
example submittal: attached photo shows Mike Jones (#14) competing
against Fairmont in the 10/17/2010 sectional soccer game played at
Beavercreek HS. Photo taken by ABC, please do not include my name on
the website.
