Football 9/23/05 . . . home           Springfield North 41 - Creek 14

Offensively slightly better than last week, Creek found a way to score twice in front of the home crowd.  However, the Beavers again dug themselves into a hole with 3 fumbles, over 100 yards in penalties and allowing the Springifled North  offense 405 total yards. 

Creek had the first quarter lead on Chad White 45 yard pass to Dee Wallace but didn't see the correct endzone again until the 4th quarter when Wallace sprang for a 29 yard run and the offense achieved a Wallace two-point conversion. 

Creek offense had 269 rushing yards (Wallace-205, White-37, Jones-21, Olson-6)  and 61 pass yards (Wallace-40, Hill-21) and Jerry Coscarelli made an interception in the third quarter.  Wallace (2/50) shared kickoff return duties this week with Eric Hill (2/13), James Henry (1/6), and Derick Loesch (1/6).

The pieces are there to win more games this year, the question is can this Beaver team put it all together in time.
